2D Photo

Your Photo
To have your most valued photo lasered into high quality optical glass for eternity, we simply need your photo as a master. This may be a conventionally developed photo on paper, or a photo in digital format (min. 1024 x 768 pixels). We accept all popular data carrier such as USB stick, Compact Flash, SC Card, CD ROM or similar.

 

 

 

Preparation of your photo
Your photo will be converted into a ready-to-laser high resolution file, using our proprietary LOOXIS Software. The brightness and contrast of your photo are optimised for a brilliant result in glass.

Hint: The background of your photo can be removed with an image editing software. If you would like to do this yourself, make sure that you replace the background with solid black.

 

 

The Vitrography
The photo is now eternalised in high quality optical glass, using sophisticated laser technology. The process is called "vitrography". Depending on the desired size, the lasering takes approx. 10 to 20 minutes. We can add as per your wish any text such as a dedication or a name.

 

 

 

Your 2D Photo
The final 2D Photo - hiqh quality, very aesthetical. We guarante a long lasting quality. The photo will not fade or change color. Your photo for eternity.

Hint: fingerprints or dust is best removed with the LOOXIS microfibre cleaning cloth that is included.
